These terms apply when you use Playkit, the app and the service behind it, made by QuizRift. By using Playkit you agree to them.
The service
Playkit helps clubs organize their sessions: polls, places, waitlists and messages. Playkit is free for members. A club's organizers decide who may join, the club's rules and its sessions; we provide the tool. The club, not Playkit, is responsible for its sessions, its venues and what happens at them.
Your account
- Use your own email address and mobile number, and keep them current.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
- One account per person.
Fair use
Do not misuse Playkit: no trying to get places unfairly, no automated use, no attempts to get at other people's or other clubs' information, nothing unlawful or abusive. We may suspend an account that does, and a club may remove a member.
Your information
How we handle it is in the privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep Playkit running and correct, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Places are given by the rules your club set; if something goes wrong, the club's organizers can put it right.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses arising from a club's decisions or its sessions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Ending
You can stop using Playkit and delete your account at any time. We may change or end the service; we will give notice in the app where we can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Playkit after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
