How do I join my club?
Your club sends you an invitation link. Open it on your phone with Playkit installed, sign in with your email, and you are in (some clubs approve each new member first).
My sign-in code has not arrived
Codes come from no-reply@playkit.quizrift.com within a minute. Check your spam or junk folder, and that the address you typed is right. A code works for ten minutes; you can ask for a new one.
I don't get notifications
In Playkit, open Me and turn notifications on, then check that your phone allows notifications for Playkit. Messages that can wait are held back during your quiet hours. Everything also lands in the Inbox.
How are places decided?
By your club's rules. By default, that day's members come first, then their guests, then drop-ins, each in the order they answered, timed by our server. When someone drops out, the next person is offered the place.
Can I change the language?
Yes: in Me, choose English, Français or العربية.
