PlaykitDelete your Playkit account
You can have your Playkit account and the information that identifies you deleted at any time.
How to ask
- Email hello@quizrift.com from the address you sign in to Playkit with, with the subject "Delete my Playkit account".
- We confirm by email that the request is yours.
- We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and tell you when it is done.
Want to leave just one club and keep your account? Ask that club's organizer, or tell us which club.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your phones' push addresses, your sign-ins, and any Google or Apple sign-in link.
- The names of guests you brought, places kept for your email address, and your inbox.
- Your memberships: you are removed from every club and every roster.
What is kept, without your name
Each club's record of past sessions (who answered, when, and who had a place) is what makes its allocation fair and checkable. Those records stay, but nothing in them says who you were anymore: the account they point to is emptied of everything that identified you and can never be signed in to again.
